VILLA DEI COLORI Villa of Colors: hospitality, welcome, charm, relaxation and nature, for a stay with family and friends, between sea and hills, with the elegance of furnishings, the classic taste of decapé, the shades of pastel tones and colors that enhance the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere of the rooms: dining room, kitchen, double bedrooms and an entire villa available for one or more families, with garden and private pool. THE WELCOME Villa of Colors can accommodate up to 9 guests if booked in its entirety. It has 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms on the raised floor and 1 double bedroom with a single bed on the lower floor. It is an ideal place to accommodate one or more families, with access to the garden, solarium, covered parking and pool. On the raised floor of Villa of Colors, you will find the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and three double bedrooms: Orange Room with balcony and en-suite bathroom, Green Room and Blue Room with adjacent bathrooms in the hallway. On the ground floor, overlooking the solarium and the garden, there is the White Room, a family double room for three guests, in a unique setting, complete with a double bed with a single or double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite bathroom. The entrances to the raised floor and upper floor are separate. Please note that the villa is for exclusive use only if booked in its entirety for a total of 9 guests, or if all 4 rooms are booked. Booking one room does not mean booking the entire villa, which could also accommodate other guests in the other rooms. THE SPACES AND SERVICES The kitchen has an induction hob and is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso and cappuccino machine, milk frother, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Each room has a smart TV and access to the WiFi network via Vodafone station. Due to its hillside location, 280 meters above sea level, and panoramic exposure, the villa currently does not have air conditioning systems, as it is perfectly ventilated with large windows in every room. THE VILLA The villa, on the raised floor, offers three double bedrooms with three private bathrooms. The shared spaces of the villa are the kitchen and the living area, with entrance and veranda overlooking the garden. The kitchen has an induction hob and is equipped with a dishwasher, combined refrigerator, espresso and cappuccino machine, milk frother, microwave, kettle, and toaster. In the dining room, there is a 50' satellite TV, and in each room, there is a 24' smart TV, also with digital terrestrial. Each room has access to the WiFi network via Vodafone station. Due to its hillside location, 280 meters above sea level, and panoramic exposure, the villa does not have air conditioning systems, as it is perfectly ventilated with large windows in every room. Heating is only available in the dining room with a wood-burning fireplace.
