VILLA DEI COLORI
Villa of Colors: hospitality, welcome, charm, relaxation and nature, for a stay with family and friends, between sea and hills, with the elegance of furnishings, the classic taste of decapé, the shades of pastel tones and colors that enhance the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere of the rooms: dining room, kitchen, double bedrooms and an entire villa available for one or more families, with garden and private pool.
THE WELCOME
Villa of Colors can accommodate up to 9 guests if booked in its entirety. It has 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms on the raised floor and 1 double bedroom with a single bed on the lower floor. It is an ideal place to accommodate one or more families, with access to the garden, solarium, covered parking and pool.
On the raised floor of Villa of Colors, you will find the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and three double bedrooms: Orange Room with balcony and en-suite bathroom, Green Room and Blue Room with adjacent bathrooms in the hallway.
On the ground floor, overlooking the solarium and the garden, there is the White Room, a family double room for three guests, in a unique setting, complete with a double bed with a single or double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite bathroom.
The entrances to the raised floor and upper floor are separate. Please note that the villa is for exclusive use only if booked in its entirety for a total of 9 guests, or if all 4 rooms are booked. Booking one room does not mean booking the entire villa, which could also accommodate other guests in the other rooms.
THE SPACES AND SERVICES
The kitchen has an induction hob and is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso and cappuccino machine, milk frother, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
Each room has a smart TV and access to the WiFi network via Vodafone station. Due to its hillside location, 280 meters above sea level, and panoramic exposure, the villa currently does not have air conditioning systems, as it is perfectly ventilated with large windows in every room.

THE VILLA
The villa, on the raised floor, offers three double bedrooms with three private bathrooms. The shared spaces of the villa are the kitchen and the living area, with entrance and veranda overlooking the garden.
The kitchen has an induction hob and is equipped with a dishwasher, combined refrigerator, espresso and cappuccino machine, milk frother, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
In the dining room, there is a 50' satellite TV, and in each room, there is a 24' smart TV, also with digital terrestrial. Each room has access to the WiFi network via Vodafone station. Due to its hillside location, 280 meters above sea level, and panoramic exposure, the villa does not have air conditioning systems, as it is perfectly ventilated with large windows in every room. Heating is only available in the dining room with a wood-burning fireplace.
The Villa of Colors, a "bed and breakfast" accommodation, does not provide breakfast service. However, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as an induction cooktop, refrigerator, espresso and cappuccino machine, milk frother, microwave, kettle, and toaster. These facilities allow each guest to prepare their own breakfast, as well as lunch, dinner, or a light snack, independently.
ORANGE ROOM Orange for the room of inner harmony and artistic creativity. A color that inspires understanding, wisdom and balance, but also energy, optimism and self-confidence, increasing the ability to be reactive and effective in any situation. The room has direct access from the external balcony and therefore can have independent access from the main entrance to Villa dei Colori. The furnishings are complete in comfort, even with furniture and 43 'smart TV and RGB LED lamps on the bedside tables. The bathroom is in the room. In the room it is also possible to insert a cot for children. If the room is booked alone, it has a separate entrance and cannot use the kitchen and dining room. If the room is booked together with the Blue Room or the Green Room, it has a common entrance to the entire Villa and can use the kitchen and dining room. WHITE ROOM The white color is a symbol of purity and spirituality, it gives serenity to the room and to those who host it. Kitchen, beds and furnishings are in white. The room is located on the lower floor, directly facing the back garden and the solarium. The room is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, for single or double use, to accommodate from two to four guests. The room is equipped with every comfort, with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso coffee and cappuccino machine, milk frother, microwave oven, kettle and toast plate, as well as a 32' smart TV and RGB LED lamps on the bedside tables. The bathroom is in the room completely covered with Apulian limestone. BLUE, GREEN AND ORANGE ROOM WITH KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM There are three GREEN, BLUE and ORANGE double bedrooms. The Green and Blue rooms have a private and adjacent bathroom on the corridor and are ideal, being two doubles, for 4 people. If, on the other hand, there are six of you, you can be accommodated in the Orange room which has an en-suite bathroom and independent entrance, with an external view of the garden. The choice of the Green and Blue rooms is ideal for four people who want to stay in two double rooms. The rooms overlook the same corridor and have a private entrance with the veranda of the Villa dei Colori and the exclusive use of the kitchen and dining room. The Blue Room is the room for relaxation with blue, in the shades of the sky. It is the color of creativity, loyalty, meditation and communication. Those who love blue have a harmonious behavior towards the environment and the people around them, receiving and transmitting calm, tranquility and balance. Every comfort for the blue room, with private bathroom on the corridor. The bedside painting, by the artist Paolo Cataldi, depicts the woman on the cliff with boats and sunflowers, on an arabesque landscape of the sea, domes, churches and houses. The Green Room is furnished with every comfort, has a private bathroom adjacent to the corridor. The painting that dominates the bedside, the work of the artist Paolo Cataldi, is inspired by the flight of seagulls and the catching of fish, interweaving color geometries, masks and boat hulls. Green is a symbol of perseverance, but also of energy, balance, harmony and love that refer to nature and the environment. The Orange Room is the room of inner harmony and artistic creativity. The Orange Room has direct access from the external balcony and therefore can have an independent entrance from the main entrance into Villa dei Colori. Only in this room it is also possible to insert a cot for children. Even the Orange room, if booked together with the Blue Room or the Green Room, has a common entrance to the entire Villa and can make use of the kitchen, complete in every service, and the large dining room, as well as the external veranda, in addition to the reserved use of the swimming pool and solarium and the garden. In every room 24' smart TV and RGB LED touch lamps on the bedside tables, memory foam beds and pillows, android and smart TV, with digital terrestrial, art and author paintings, WIFI.
The responsibilities of welcoming guests are carried out by Maria and Caterina, two young university students with expertise in the field of tourism. Maria is enrolled in the Architecture program at the Polytechnic University of Bari, while Caterina is studying Law at the University of Bari.
